Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale, together with our Research Use Only policy, govern all sales made by G Peptide Labs through gpeptidelabs.ca. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Eligibility

To purchase from G Peptide Labs, you must:

• Be at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in British Columbia); and
• Be a qualified researcher, or an authorized representative of a research institution or business, purchasing our products for legitimate research purposes.

By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept the following payment methods:

• Automatic cryptocurrency through NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, and USDT); and
• Interac e-Transfer (processed manually).

We do not accept or process credit or debit cards. Crypto and Interac e-Transfer orders are placed “On hold” until payment is received and confirmed. Once payment is confirmed, the order moves into processing. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Orders & fulfilment

Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves into processing, subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a resolution.

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to the buyer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Orders are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost at a flat rate of $19.99 CAD, with free shipping on orders over $200 CAD. Products are stocked and shipped from within Canada (Vancouver, BC) and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by province. A Canada Post tracking link is included in your order-completed email so you can follow your shipment.

Returns & refunds

Because our products are research chemicals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@gpeptidelabs.ca within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a resolution.

Use restrictions

All products offered by G Peptide Labs are supplied strictly for Research Use Only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they have not been approved or evaluated for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive use. By purchasing, you agree that the products:

• Are not for human or animal consumption and will not be administered to humans or animals;
• Will not be resold or supplied to any person for consumption or for any purpose other than laboratory research; and
• Will be handled, stored, used, and disposed of safely, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and lawful use of all products purchased.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G Peptide Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from misuse. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
