G Peptide Labs ships within Canada only. All orders are dispatched from Vancouver, British Columbia, and delivered by Canada Post. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or damaged? Our reship guarantee

We stand behind every shipment. If a tracked order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship it once, free of charge — no runaround.

• How to claim: email info@gpeptidelabs.ca within 7 days of the Canada Post delivery scan (or the expected delivery date for a lost parcel). For damage, please include a couple of photos.
• What’s covered: domestic Canada Post tracked orders that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.
• Resolution: a one-time free reship of the affected items (or store credit where a reship isn’t possible).

Dispatch & delivery

Because payment must be confirmed before an order can be processed, orders paid by cryptocurrency or Interac e-Transfer are placed on hold until payment clears. Once payment is confirmed, orders are dispatched the next business day.

Orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost from Vancouver, BC — typically 1–3 business days across most of Canada. A Canada Post tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships, so you can follow its progress to delivery.

Discreet, protected packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — there is no product name, company descriptor, or itemized contents printed on the outer label. Contents are packed carefully to protect them during transit, and we never share your identity with anyone.

On arrival, store your products as directed on the individual product page and product labelling. Proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility. All products are supplied strictly for Research Use Only and are not for human or animal consumption.

• Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
• FREE shipping on orders over $200 CAD.
• Orders of $200 CAD or less ship at a flat $19.99 CAD Xpresspost rate.

Returns

Because our products are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons.

Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect are covered by our reship guarantee above — just contact info@gpeptidelabs.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
